The pay range is $85,500.00 - $153,900.00

As a Product Manager for Search & Recommendations Experience , you will be responsible for enhancing the findability experience on our digital platforms. Your role involves developing and implementing strategies that improve the search & recommendations user experience, ensuring consumers find the most relevant and engaging content. You will leverage consumer data and insights to drive innovations that increase search engagement, efficiency, and personalization. This person should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and have experience creating novel user experiences, driving cross team collaboration, and communicating with partners, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
As a Product Manager, you will work in the product model and will collaborate with your product team and key stakeholders to develop a plan and business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product. You will need to build a strong knowledge of your product through product discovery to collect customer feedback and work to collect other relevant data points that explain the value and help you prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver a product.
You will be the “voice of the product” with your product team and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met, and you will be responsible to maintain and refine the product backlog (create user stories & acceptance criteria) while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.
You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles.

About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience, preferably in search, recommendations, or AI-powered products.
Experience building dynamic and engaging guest experiences informed by data from various sources (market research, A/B testing, user research)
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience working in an agile environment
Proven experience driving collaboration across multiple teams to ensure teams are aligned and are working towards solving guest problems
Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex product concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decision making
Demonstrated leadership ability, self-motivated and directed, entrepreneurial ability to innovate quickly
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
