Qualifications Required Qualifications: -Must have experience with growing cells in tissue culture, harvesting cells from embryos at different stages of development, isolating cells for single-cell RNAseq analysis in parallel with replication timing analysis within individual cells. Required Qualifications: -Experience working with animals to generate zygotes for harvesting embryos and performing histological analyses is also desirable.
