Job Title: Packager

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Packager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our inventory management system, utilizing WMS to enter and verify orders before processing them for shipment. Your primary role will involve packaging orders accurately and efficiently.

PAY: $20

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the inventory management system (WMS).

• Enter orders into the system and verify material accuracy before processing.

• Package orders for shipment.

• Handle general labor tasks including packing, labelling, and palletizing.

• Assist with inventory management, shipping, order picking, and stocking.

• Operate forklifts (stand-up and sit-down) as needed.

• Use RF scanning equipment for warehouse operations.

• Receive and process incoming materials.

Essential Skills

• 6 months of warehouse experience.

• Experience with inventory and shipping processes.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in packaging, labelling, and material handling.

• Experience with RF scanning and warehouse management systems.

• Forklift operation skills (stand-up and sit-down).

Work Environment

The role is based in a large distribution/warehouse environment. You will be working on a team of about 10 people. Steel-toed boots that go above the ankle are required, along with pants with no holes or frays and a shirt with sleeves (t-shirt, long sleeve, or sweatshirt). This is a 3rd shift position from 6pm-3am. The compensation is $20.00 per hour. You will receive 1 hour for lunch (unpaid) and two 15-minute breaks (paid).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
