Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a diligent Spanish Bilingual Operations Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview: The Spanish Bilingual Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to online students, handling their inquiries efficiently and promptly. The right candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to student inquiries via phone, chat, or email, in a professional and timely manner.

• Deliver basic technical support to resolve students' tech-related issues.

• Develop a strong understanding of our online training platform to best assist students.

• Create and manage accurate customer service logs to track and resolve issues effectively.

• Collaborate with other staff members to improve overall student experience.

• Commit to and meet service level standards.

• Assist in the setup and maintenance of the online course environment.

• Contribute to the development of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual Spanish and English

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least two years of experience in a technical support role or customer service role.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and handling tech-based issues.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Flexibility with work schedules to cover different time zones as needed.
