Apply for Job Job ID366152 LocationTwin Cities Job FamilySupplemental Employee Full/Part TimePart-Time Regular/TemporaryRegular Job Code0001 Employee ClassCivil Service Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job About the Job Responsibilities Expert Witness Administrative Support (40% effort) * Assist director with coordinating and maintaining expert witness files in digital files and hard files as appropriate, organize materials, and assist in development of written reports. * Assist in determining dates for testimony and travel time, if needed. * Track, file, and enter Subpoena information in, REDCap, BOX and calendars as needed. Grant Coordination/ Collaboration (40% effort) - Current Grant : Trauma Screening Develop a training curriculum for Child Advocacy Centers (CACs), pediatric clinics, foster care clinics throughout the state of Minnesota and surrounding states (Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota) Provide training to assist with the implementation of trauma screening Act as liaison between sites and CSHC to support trauma screening, including engaging in support as needed and monthly consultation meetings Assist with data collection as needed Office Operations and Management (20% effort) * Attend appropriate staff meetings, trainings, workshops, seminars, and other events. * Assist Program Coordinator to: o Manage multiple grants throughout their cycle o Identify new grant opportunities o Write and submit grant proposals Qualifications All required qualifications must be documented on application materials Required Qualifications: * BA/BS with at least 2 years of experience or a combination of related education and work experience to equal six years * Excellent verbal and written communication * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Applications, REDCap, and Box Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in a field related to child abuse prevention * Experience with working with Child Advocacy Centers * Experience with working with attorney offices, record maintenance, and HIPAA compliance Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $40.00 per hour, depending on education/qualifications/experience.
