Job Summary
An amazing opportunity to join Canteen One’s Implementation/Project team working with Fortune 500 clients on a national basis! Our Sales Transition Partner works with our National Sales Team and manages onboarding of new business through contract reviews, and establishes roll-out timelines and documentation with our National Sales Team, Canteen One Client Managers, and Clients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Facilitate weekly sales due diligence calls and follow-up with action items
Partner with Canteen National Sales team to onboard new business
Provide program requirements and conduct launch calls to roll out new business internally
Manage projects & deadlines for new store openings, new client rollouts, and existing client program changes
Evaluate project deliverables
Track and report project status, completion, success metrics, issues, client satisfaction
Communicate the client’s expectations to internal departments, and discuss alternative options/solutions
Determine internal resource requirements of projects based upon project needs
Provide new business project status updates to Canteen One Executive team
Communicate directly with client contact regarding status, issues, delays, questions, etc.
Provide project status summary reports and updates
Track and report project metrics and issues
Maintain accurate risk tracking documents
Summarize the status for field partners on current projects and initiatives, and outline time and action
Gather relevant information from a variety of technology sources and package in a professional medium
Present via phone, webinar, or person-to-person/group meeting settings
Run verification reports to ensure proper system setup
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent of five years of service business experience with three years in project management, implementation, or account management
Five years of business experience
Preferred experience with project management, implementation, managing accounts, building relationships
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Maintain positive internal and external work relationships
Strong customer service orientation
Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Timeliness, accuracy, and ability to prioritize and organize business requirements and workload
Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience required, i.e., calculations, VLookup
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with ERP programs (i.e., JD Edwards, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP) and report writer program strongly preferred
