This full-time position would be based in our Minneapolis, MN office with an opportunity to work a hybrid work schedule. As a Multimedia Designer, you will contribute to the development of engaging public-facing informational videos, training videos on a wide variety of topics, social media content, and corporate materials. Our in-house creative team works on internal and external projects across the company's eight offices in all our diverse service areas. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with our communications and project teams to produce high-quality videos, graphics, animations, and other multimedia assets. Create engaging social media content for various channels. Shoot and edit raw video footage and photos. Create assets for and animate effects/elements in Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Required Qualifications 3-7 years of experience with a bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, animation, or related field (BA/BS/BFA). Proven experience with strong portfolio of motion graphics work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external clients. Visual and conceptual problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Ability to prioritize, schedule and ensure completion and accuracy of tasks. Proficient understanding of graphic design, illustration, photography, and videography. Drone videography and operations experience is a plus. Ability to participate in field work for video shoots and drone flights. Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling software is a plus. Software Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Microsoft Office Suite. Visa Sponsorship is not available for this position.
