We are offering a unique opportunity for a skilled Financial Coach in the Financial Services industry. In this role, you will be providing personalized one-on-one coaching to individuals, aiding them in the development of effective money management skills. Your responsibilities will span across behavioral coaching, client relationship management, and administrative work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored coaching to a diverse range of individuals, imparting essential lessons on money management and promoting healthier habits around budgeting, saving, and spending.

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions, facilitating discussions that encourage critical thinking and self-awareness.

• Implement experimental coaching methods and techniques in a test-driven environment, merging behavior change with digital technology.

• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to create a non-judgmental space for participants to learn, reflect and commit to healthy behavior changes.

• Develop personalized action plans that align with participants' goals, breaking major objectives into practical, manageable steps.

• Refer participants to other support services, such as credit counseling, as needed.

• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with participants, providing ongoing support between sessions and celebrating progress.

• Capture and maintain client data in a CRM platform, ensuring accurate client notes for impact reporting and relationship handoffs.

• Coordinate and schedule coaching appointments, remaining responsive to daily inflows of phone, text, and email communications with clients.

• Efficiently manage appointment calendar and perform administrative tasks as required.

Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service, demonstrating an ability to respond promptly to client queries and concerns.

• Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.

• Ability to perform Documentation tasks accurately, ensuring all client details and transactions are recorded systematically.

• Experience in Reporting business metrics and insights.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze, and present data.

• Experience in Training staff on financial policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Understanding of Operations within the financial services industry.

• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.

• Knowledge of Policy formulation and implementation within the financial services sector.

• Ability to Schedule Appointments efficiently, managing client meetings and team sessions.

• Experience in Planning Processes, strategizing and implementing operational plans.

• Ability to assure Quality in all work processes and outcomes.

• Comfortable utilizing About Time software for time tracking and management.

• Excellent Phone Presence, demonstrating detail oriented and courteous mannerisms.

• Experience in Budgeting, forecasting financial needs, and monitoring expenditure.

• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks as required by the role.

• Proficiency in English Language, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of Credit processes and policies, including credit approval and management.

• Ability to track Progress of financial operations and report accordingly.

• Familiarity with Digital tools and platforms used in financial services.

• Experience in maintaining Financial Notes, documenting client interactions and financial transactions.

• Ability to effectively communicate with Stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
