Job Description: We Build Stories - and we need your help making those stories come to life! Ryan is seeking a Marketing Contractor on a contingent basis to coordinate and execute marketing efforts. This team member will be a detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver to help coordinate and execute proposals, collateral updates, as well as internal and external marketing efforts which could include speaking engagements, events, and promotions. Some things you can expect to do: Support the execution of the marketing plan, specifically the proposal system and collateral. Collaborate with the team to deliver proposals in response to RFP/RFQs and other business development activities. You will really stand out if you: Possess a strong drive to succeed. Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Are flexible, organized and able to multi-task. Are able to move seamlessly from long-term, strategic projects to urgent tactical implementation when needed. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications (or comparable). Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite is required. 2+ years of experience in B2B and/or high-end professional services. Ability to work 15-20 hours per week. Eligibility: Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation: The base pay is $45.00 - $60.00/hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
