Metropolitan Airports Commission Manager, Occupational Health and Safety in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Manage the Industrial Hygiene function for the MAC. Minimize employee injuries and illnesses and ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable regulations by identifying key areas to be evaluated for chemical hazards, managing testing and communicating results to appropriate MAC staff and employees. Assist in the design of safety programs to prevent or limit the number of airport user accidents/incidents and other losses to MAC assets and employees. Duties include oversee an industrial hygiene program; perform surveys, audits, analyses and inspections; coordinate required training for MAC employees on both regulated and non-regulated health and safety issues, and other duties as required. This is a safety-sensitive position which will require a pre-employment drug screen.
