We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Great Lakes Management! Maintenance Technician Job Details: Hours - Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Pay Range - $23 - $25 / hour Location - 1015 Essex St SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414 Benefits: Rent Concession for living on-site 401K Match Excellent and affordable health care benefits for full-time employees Paid vacation and sick time Auto Mileage Reimbursement Paid Holidays Tuition Discount Opportunities Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: * Assist in maintaining all mechanical equipment, emergency systems, building fixtures and groundwork as needed. * Complete all work orders quickly and efficiently. * Report any problems/deficiencies to the Director of Maintenance * Knowledgeable of building codes and regulatory compliance issues. * Interacts positively with all team members in maintaining census by immediately completing apartment turns * Maintain the grounds; trash, sweep, dumpster areas, snowplow, etc * Test the resident security systems as required. * Assist with custodial duties which include but not limited to, trash removal, carpet cleaning, etc. * Perform any maintenance task necessary as directed. Maintenance Technician Qualifications: * Minimum two years' experience in maintenance, preferably residential property management. * Skills in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, appliances, doors & windows. Working Hours: This position is required to be a part of an on-call rotation every three weeks.
