Lead SAP Business Analyst (OTC) BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Lead SAP Business Analyst (OTC) for an opportunity in Minneapolis, MN! Position Title: Lead SAP Business Analyst (OTC) Location: Minneapolis, MN Anticipated Start Date: 6/17/2024. Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 6+ Months. Job Type: Contract, Remote Pay Range: $90/hr - $100/hr. Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Description: Our direct client is looking for Lead SAP Business Analyst with expertise in Order to Cash (OTC) processes to join our team. This is a functional position requiring strong hands-on configuration experience and a track record of successful full lifecycle implementations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in a green field implementation project, collaborating closely with a solution integrator to deliver SAP OTC solutions and contribute to Secondary Distribution Management enhancements. Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of OTC solutions.
• Collaborate with a solution integrator for a green field implementation, providing expertise in SAP OTC and Secondary Distribution Management.
• Design enhancements, author Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and deliver Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW) with a team through a rigorous build/testing framework.
• Utilize strong hands-on configuration experience to configure and enhance SAP OTC processes.
• Ensure clear and effective communication within the team, facilitating organized thought delivery and promoting collaboration.
• Take initiative and work independently as a self-starter to drive project success.

Must-haves:

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in SAP OTC and/or SAP Secondary Distribution Management configuration/enhancement.
• Proven track record of leading or participating in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP OTC processes.
• Awareness that this is a functional position focused on SAP implementation.
• Ability and willingness to work onshore.
• Clear communication skills, essential for effective collaboration within the team.

Nice-to-haves:

• 1 year of experience in SAP Hydrocarbon or IS Oil strongly preferred.
• Additional experience in SAP Secondary Distribution Management.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
