The Wealth Management Data Solutions (WM DS) organization provides direct technology support for core engineering products, operational data products and data analytics. It develops and drives engineering strategy, while enabling tech transformation by partnering closely with WIM product groups. Not only does the team develop the engineering blue- print and core components, but it serves as the liaison to the Enterprise Architecture Group. In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams

  • Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives

  • Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives

  • Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements

  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions

  • Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables

  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems

  • Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 5+ years of Relationship Management experience in a financial services organization

  • 5+ years of experience driving the requirements process with both technical and business partners

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing change

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Experience operating effectively in a geographically dispersed organization

  • Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to participants at various levels of experience in different lines of business

  • Ability to develop and manage business relationships

  • Wealth Investment Management business knowledge

  • Wells Fargo SDLC process knowledge

  • JIRA and Confluence expertise

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed

  • Position offers a hybrid work schedule

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
