The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. Under general direction, this role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to capture, store, and share knowledge within the organization. This role will work closely with IT and service teams to support the identification of knowledge gaps and develop solutions to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration. How you'll create opportunities in this IT Knowledge Management Associate role: Support the development and implementation of IT knowledge management strategies and processes. Assist in the identification of knowledge gaps and develop solutions to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration. Work with IT teams to capture and store knowledge in a centralized repository. Maintain a centralized knowledge management system to organize and share information across the organization. Support the collaboration with various departments and teams to identify knowledge management needs and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Participate in the training and education of IT teams on knowledge management best practices. Monitor the effectiveness of knowledge management strategies and support recommendations for improvement. Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of information within the knowledge management system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure knowledge management practices are integrated into business processes. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT knowledge management. What you will need: 3 years of relevant experience required Bachelor's degree in related field required (combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree) Technical Competencies Experience with knowledge management, semantic classification, and data catalog tools. Familiarity of developing and managing knowledge models within Semaphore or similar products. Knowledge of RDF/Semantic Web Ontology development, including Simple Knowledge Organizations Systems (SKOS). Knowledge with RDF tools such as SPARQL and SHACL. Familiarity with financial taxonomies and ontologies. Familiarity with Microsoft-based solutions including SharePoint Online, Viva, and Syntex. Proficient data skills including experience with data analytics and database tools.
