Insight Global Investment Operations Analyst in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst to support the transformation of our working environment with new investment and operational tools, including the implementation of an Investment Book of Record (IBOR). This role involves updating core processes to support our investment platforms and middle office functions, such as trade and corporate action processing, collateral management, cash reporting and forecasting, multi-managed fund transaction support, class action claims, derivatives support, and securities lending support.
The Analyst will be responsible for daily cash and security reconciliation efforts, executing reconciliations to Custody, Accounting, and related systems across asset classes. Additional duties include providing operational trade support for equity, fixed income, and derivative investments, covering trade verification/affirmation, communication, cash reporting, foreign exchange, reporting of positions and exposures, and research on failed trades. The role also involves supporting transactions in holdings (corporate actions, reconciliations), derivatives (variation margins, collateral, settlements), private equity, and investment strategy (product and strategy changes), ensuring processes and systems are in place to operationalize these transactions. Effective communication with portfolio managers, team members, traders, brokers, custodians, and fund accountants is crucial, as is managing relationships with external partners, including brokers, custodians, and key vendors.

Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance or business
- 0-3 years of experience required Ability to work under tight time frames
Ability to work earlier morning hours meet US Market open time frames
Desire to learn and understand investment business and processes
Solid analytical problem solving and communication skills
Experience with software used to assemble, evaluate, interpret and analyze financial data null
