Pathway Health is looking for an experienced registered nurse (RN)that is interested in being anInterim MDS Coordinator.The Interim MDS Coordinator position is a flexible, project-based role that performs a wide range of professional consulting to our post-acute and aging services clients. The candidate must be familiar with the full scope of the MDS Reimbursement processes including CAAS and RUGS, as it pertains to skilled nursing facilities. Must have strong knowledge of Medicare. Our consultants are compensated on an hourly basis and may qualify for Pathway's robust benefit package, as well as incentives! Wage: $45-50 hour DOQ Hours may vary from week to week and travel may be required. Interim MDS Coordinator-Registered Nurse (RN) Duties: Assist the client with completion of MDS 3.0 process. Assist the client with assessing and implementing systems and processes as requested. Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards regulations and industry standards of practice and professional practice guidelines. Assist clients as requested with training and mentoring. Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations. Interim MDS Coordinator-Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN)- MN Proficient in MDS 3.0 AANAC Certification and/or willing go through training provided by Pathway Health Services Must be flexible for travel.
