We have an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team. This is a full – time, day shift position. The hours of work are generally Monday - Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Days of work and hours can vary due to assigned workload.
The Manager of Integrated Community Supports (ICS) is responsible for the overall operation of a large apartment complex that provides integrated and comprehensive support to clients with intellectual disabilities or mental illness with challenging behaviors. This position will lead, direct, support, and evaluate the coordination of community development, site management, clinical support, and vocational integration, and provide a thorough understanding of Integrated Community Supports licensed through the Department of Human Services (DHS). This includes planning, implementing, and evaluating the application of fiscal, human, and technical resources needed to respond to the program’s current and long-range projected needs. This role is essential in creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that promotes independence, well-being, and community integration for the residents. The position will provide direct, onsite oversight and accountability for program management of the entire license or disability groups which extends to effectively recommending/setting policy, priorities, and objectives. The position will effectively recommend or determine the acquisition and allocation of human, capital, and technological resources in the assigned area.
Minimum Qualifications
Supervisory or other leadership experience OR
- Completion of a leadership development program (L4, Emerging Leaders Institute, etc.)
AND
Three (3) years of administrative work experience in a residential and/or vocational setting supporting clients with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and/or related conditions. Applicants must demonstrate experience in:
Planning, implementing, and evaluating fiscal, personnel, and technical resources needed to operate a program
Working knowledge of federal, state and county programs, providers and service needs
Providing training and education to employees and stakeholders on community development and integration for clients with mental illnesses or disabilities
Establishing and executing work plans, goals and performance objectives
Identifying, developing, and implementing plans/budgets to meet client needs.
