We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Intake/Customer Service Specialist ONSITE in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As an Intake/Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the law firm's relationship with both internal and external clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting our team of attorneys, managing client intake on the phone, and delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls promptly and in a detail-oriented manner

• Deliver exceptional service via phone to internal and external clients

• Assist our team of attorneys in a detail-oriented manner

• Maintain high levels of integrity in all client interactions

• Manage client intake with a detail-oriented approach

• Utilize CRM tools for client management

• Ensure all client correspondence is handled efficiently and effectively

• Exhibit strong communication skills in all client interactions

Requirements

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office to manage customer interactions and data

• Experience in answering inbound calls promptly and professionally (2+ years in a call center environment)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence

• Background in client intake, preferably in the LEGAL industry

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints

• High degree of patience and empathy while dealing with customers

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications in relevant field preferred
