Job Title: Industrial Painter

Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Painter to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up paint mix, racking parts for prep, and applying liquid paint to our products. You will be expected to check parts for paint thickness, ensuring it falls between the 1-2 mm range. When the paint line is not busy, you will be asked to help out in other areas. You must also adhere to safety protocols by wearing proper PPE (respirator/face mask) while performing your duties. A key part of this role is the ability to use a computer to schedule and complete jobs.

Hard Skills

• Industrial Painting experience (1-2 years)

• Experience with liquid paint; Cerakote experience is a plus

Soft Skills

• Adaptability to help out in different areas

• Attention to detail in paint application

• Ability to follow safety protocols

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Work Environment

We offer a clean, climate-controlled work environment with top-notch paint booths. Our dress code is casual; you can wear a T-shirt, long pants, and closed-toe shoes. The working hours are from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
