We’re hiring immediately! Miniapple Montessori , part of the Cadence Education family, is currently seeking Full-time Teacher Assistants and a Lead Teacher to bring their love of children and past experience in childcare, daycare or early childhood education to our team of kind, caring Teachers and staff. Join us Friday October 11th for a 30min zoom interview during our virtual hiring event from 8am-2pm Friday October 11th.

Need: Toddler Teacher Assistant - 9am-5:30pm M-F Infant Teacher Assistant - M-F shifts available are 7:45am-4:15pm, 8:45am-5:15pm, 9:30am-6pm
Floater Assistant Teacher - M-F shifts available 9am-5pm or 10am-6:15pm
Toddler Lead teacher - M-F 8am-4:30pm

Qualifications
Must meet all state preschool teacher assistant requirements if applying to assistant role
12 college credits minimum required for assistant roles
Child Development Associate (CDA) or college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field minimum required for Lead Teacher role
Must meet all state preschool lead teacher requirements if applying to the lead teacher role
High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours
1 year Previous experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare required
Job Responsibilities:
A Teacher will accept the philosophy of Cadence Education and will work as part of the teaching team to encourage a positive learning environment for all children within the center. Document and share with parents the important milestones in a child’s day. Collaborate with other passionate preschool teachers and leaders to implement an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum. Respect and observe children's interests. Intervene when needed to maintain safety. Enhance children's play with language, toys, and activities. Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate. Share ideas in planning a daily schedule which provides a balance of activities: quiet/active, indoor/outdoor, fine/gross motor, etc.
