Seeking Per Diem General Laborers

50-60 Hours Per Week & Company Vehicle Provided

Job Description:

Our client is a leading expert in ice arena construction and custom refrigeration systems. Since 1979, they have designed and built hundreds of ice rinks worldwide, offering services from initial installation to ongoing maintenance. They perform work for municipal, high school, college, and NHL rinks across the country. This role is an entry-level opportunity with extensive travel across the US. You will assist in the installation of ice rinks from pipe installation, sand/grading, installing vapor barriers, insulation, subfloor, and more until completion. In 2025, our client will be installing 22 ice rinks.

Hours & Pay:

(Monday-Saturday)

• 10+ hour work days

• $25/hr before OT

• $37.5/hr with OT

Work Environment

• You will work Monday to Saturday on out-of-town jobs, with 50-60 hour workweeks and 10-hour days.

• Jobs are indoors and typically take 2-3 weeks to complete.

• Site locations vary, including states like MT, CO, WI, CT, GA, FL, and IA.

• If there is local work in Minnesota, you will either drive to the site with your vehicle and be compensated for mileage or report to the shop and travel with the crew.

• For longer distances, the company will cover flight expenses.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00
