Location: All Locations in the United States Work Arrangement: 100% Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office A Day in the Life Leading the development of annual budgets, interim forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Partnering with business leaders to enhance their understanding of financial performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. Developing and enhancing reporting for senior management including the management team and the board of directors. Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives, investments, and business development opportunities. Supporting the evaluation of capital allocation decisions and return on investment analysis. Providing financial analysis for M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning. Implementing best practices and continuously improves FP&A processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. Serving as key stakeholder over the enhancement of Power BI reporting with a cross-functional team. Mentoring members of the FP&A team as well as other members of the finance team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Ensuring timely and accurate performance on assigned projects. Maintaining compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines. Who You Are You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field of study required. MBA and/or CPA preferred. You have 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within an accounting or professional services firm. You have proven advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis capabilities. You have proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. You have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. You have a demonstrated track record of results developing financial models to identify insights and enable key financial decision making. You have a demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership leveraging a data-driven approach. You have knowledge business analytics tools and financial software; strong experience with Power BI is preferred. You have a proven experience in corporate strategy and development. You have a track record of success of proactive problem-solving and mentoring for professional development. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
