Description

We are seeking an E-Commerce Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our e-commerce strategy in alignment with business objectives. You will manage the functionality, design, and performance of our e-commerce website, working collaboratively with leadership and external agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, management, and optimization of our e-commerce website

• Handle all aspects of website management, ranging from content updates to technical performance and user experience

• Ensure the security of the website and manage backups

• Collaborate with executive leaders and external agencies to execute integrated digital campaigns

• Manage the integration of courses & membership through Learning Management Systems

• Oversee the platform and content management

• Optimise website performance to ensure an excellent user experience

• Boost brand awareness through strategic campaign planning

• Maintain proficiency with Content Management System (CMS) and e-commerce platforms like Shopify

• Regularly report on website performance and campaign outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements • Proven work experience as an E-Commerce Manager for a minimum of 7 years

• Proficiency in using Content Management System (CMS)

• Demonstrable experience in building Brand Awareness

• Ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems

• Experience in using Shopify for e-commerce operations
