KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Talent Management to join our Talent & Culture organization.
Responsibilities:
Participate in designing leading edge talent strategies and practices that support and advance the firm's business plan and strategic direction working closely with leadership to identify gaps that require function specific solutions
Implement the enterprise talent strategy and processes, in accordance with the overall function's long-term needs, focusing on talent identification, succession planning, high potential development and career planning
Partner with Talent & Culture functional leader and HR Business Advisors to define and execute functional talent priorities within Talent Management; collaborate with HRBAs to execute a formal Leadership Selection & Appointment process for key leadership roles, to drive stronger cohesion with Succession Planning and key talent pools
Assess organizational talent requirements, current and future, and apply succession management and talent development programs, processes, and actions; act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Drive development practices to accelerate successor readiness and retention including identifying individual assessments, capitalizing on KPMG's career planning processes and working with leaders to identify and provide experiential learning opportunities; ensure that the high potential talent have quality development plans are working the plan and leaders are held accountable for the development
Qualifications:
Minimum twelve years of recent experience in talent/organizational development, human resources, or learning experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Strong business acumen and influencing skills with a strategic mindset that results in strong leadership commitment and actions; able to work effectively with senior leaders, the HR community and peers to produce results
Exceptional organizational skills and evidence of self-motivation, as well as demonstrated ability to plan, schedule, and work both independently and in teams
Demonstrate leadership capabilities with proven capacity to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trust
