RBC Digital Solutions Specialist in Minneapolis, Minnesota

The Digital Solutions Specialist is responsible for content publishing, maintenance and support of the RBC Wealth Management Financial Advisor Websites, social media for Business and corporate website, to ensure a superior experience for our internal and external clients in compliance with company policies and procedures. What will you do? Reviewing and publishing content submissions, with an eye for brand style and appropriateness, clarity, and quality of content. Assisting in the ongoing maintenance of program content libraries, ensuring appropriate approval and retention within firm and regulatory requirements. Reviewing digital channel dashboards and assisting with tracking program KPIs. Maintaining department presentations, documentation, and training materials. Testing new program tools and system enhancements in partnership with the program leads. Contributing to project work in support of continuous program evolution and regulatory requirements. Developing strong, collaborative partnerships with field marketing, editorial, and creative consultants. Regularly communicate trends in requests, ideas and issues to the team. Actively participating in regular program and department meetings. Staying informed about industry and digital marketing trends and best practices to serve as an engaged and contributing member of the Digital Solutions team. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bachelor's degree (preferably marketing, advertising, communications, or related field) or equivalent work experience. 3+ years digital marketing experience Experience with content management systems. Ability to learn new systems quickly and independently. Demonstrated experience contributing to the success of marketing strategies and programs. Proven dedication to and focus on client service and satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal, writing and editing skills. Self-starter who can make decisions independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Detail oriented. Able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Ability to balance quality vs time required. What's in it for you?
