Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Digital Project Manager in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This role involves managing and delivering key digital projects within our telecom provider company. The successful candidate will be experienced in utilizing project management tools, and have a strong understanding of the elements of software project management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of digital projects, including website project management.

• Utilize Monday.com software for project management and coordination.

• Understand and manage the elements of software project management.

• Guide the project’s strategy to ensure the team’s understanding and commitment to deliverables.

• Apply skills in Content Management System (CMS), CRM, and Database to effectively manage projects.

• Contribute to brand awareness and campaign planning activities.

• Ensure deliverables are met with a high standard of design and digital implementation.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the project's alignment with company objectives.

• Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and report project status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in managing digital projects from conception to completion

• Demonstrated proficiency in using Jira for project management

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies for data storage and access

• Experience with Content Management System (CMS) for web content management

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing customer interactions

• Understanding of database management for efficient data handling

• Ability to create and maintain brand awareness through digital platforms

• Experience in campaign planning for various digital marketing initiatives

• Ability to deliver high-quality deliverables within stipulated deadlines

• Strong design skills for creating visually appealing digital content

• Familiarity with various digital trends and technologies for optimal project execution.
