Description We are searching for a skilled Customer Service Representative Senior to be a part of our team in the healthcare industry, based in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota. As a Customer Service Representative Senior, you'll address customer inquiries, manage customer accounts, and uphold precise customer credit records. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Field and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Accurately process customer credit applications
• Manage and monitor customer accounts, taking necessary action when required
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Utilize R Code for data related tasks
• Collaborate with the offshore team for specific tasks
• Handle customer service related to HealthCare.gov and TRICARE
• Utilize video communication tools for virtual customer interaction
• Uphold customer service standards in the healthcare sector
• Engage in continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role within the healthcare sector
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of healthcare policies and procedures
• Proficiency in using video conferencing tools for customer service purposes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
• Familiarity with health program guidelines and principles
• Experience in using Network Information System in a healthcare setting
• Basic knowledge and understanding of R Code for data analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and promptly
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• High level of detail orientation and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare standards and regulations
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
