We are hiring a Culinary Services Manager in our Bloomington, MN headquarters! This position is responsible for culinary leadership and strategy in support of category marketing and channel marketing businesses. This position has active involvement in bringing culinary solutions that help position the Company as a valued business partner and a category leader. Responsibilities: + Plans and executes effective culinary presentations. + Serves as company "ambassador" at key industry events. + Provides leadership and insights regarding customer culinary needs. + Supports product and culinary training needs. + Develops culinary marketing support tools (recipe ideas, product applications, menu analysis, etc.). + Participates in ideation sessions. + Works closely with R&D team to provide insight into operator needs. + Manages, trains and develops subordinates, if applicable. Qualifications: Education: Culinary degree or equivalent. Experience: 7+ years related experience. + Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. + Excellent communication skills. + Extensive knowledge of culinary trends and cooking techniques and platforms. + Ability to effectively interact with customer culinary staff and senior management is required. + Good knowledge of operators or food service operations. The base salary range for this position is $81,750 to $136,250 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
