Overview: We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the Corporate Department located in either Mankato, Minneapolis or Des Moines offices. This position offers a hybrid work-location schedule, allowing employees to work from both the office and home. Key Responsibilities Include: *Entity formation, dissolution, conversions and mergers. *Manage stock/membership units, foreign qualifications and state/local registrations. *Draft ancillary closing documents and corporate resolutions, prepare for closings and create closing books for merger and acquisitions. *Draft and review real estate contracts. *Conduct and review title searches. *Prepare closing documents and coordinate with lenders and title companies. *Manage client communications throughout the transaction and ensure all legal requirements are met with meticulous attention to detail. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: *At least one to ten years of experience in more than one area of transactional practice (preferably corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate). *Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse and busy workload. *Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. *Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. *Client service driven mindset. *Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $57,000 - $87,000/year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
