Description
Robert Half is partnering with a Well-Known Organization, and sourcing for a Contracts Manager. As a Contracts Manager, you will be spearheading the implementation of a new procurement process for three business units.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a new procurement process, tailored to the needs of the organization.
• Create comprehensive documentation of the procurement process for future reference.
• Educate the relevant staff members and stakeholders on the new procurement process.
• Provide assistance and guidance during the pilot phase of the procurement process.
• Handle amendments and manage commercial contracts with accuracy and precision.
• Continuously monitor and update the procurement process as necessary.
• Offer support to individuals navigating through the procurement process.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the procurement process at all times.
Requirements • Possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in contract management or related roles within the non-profit sector.
• Demonstrable expertise in drafting, reviewing, and amending commercial contracts.
• Proficient in managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting to final execution.
• Ability to interpret complex contract terms and conditions.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the capacity to ensure the organization's interests are well protected.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues related to contract management in the non-profit industry.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Demonstrable experience in contract amendment processes, ensuring all changes align with organizational objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using contract management software and other related IT tools.
