Job Title:

CNC lathe machinist

Pay: 30-38/hr

Description:

A contract manufacturer specializing in aerospace and defense products is searching for a Lathe Machinist for Key customers like Collings Aerospace and Honeywell.

• Setup operator working on various Mazak and Mori Seki Lathes for precision machining

• Working with Mazatrol and Gibscam programs

• Some of the Mazak have live tooling capabilities

• Will be responsible for setups, operation, tooling changes, and troubleshooting

• Machining aluminum, stainless, and nickel

• Working with low and high production

Preferred Skills:

• Mazak Lathes

• DMG turning Machines

• GD&T

• Knowledge of Gibscam and Mazatrol

Skills & Qualifications:

• Blueprint reading.

• tight tolerances

• CNC

• Mathematics experience with shop math

• Measuring tools

• Experience with Manual Mills and Lathes

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00
