Description We are seeking a Project Manager in the Investment Advisory industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The primary function of this role is to oversee project progression, monitor progress, and facilitate process improvements. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and the successful candidate will have a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our project tracking processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the collection, documentation, and maintenance of progress updates for assigned projects in a detailed and accurate status tracker.

• Partner closely with relevant teams to collect updates and ensure the information in the tracker is accurate, timely and consistent.

• Regularly assess the project's progress to ensure established milestones objectives and timelines are met, and escalate any challenges to leadership proactively.

• Schedule and prepare for regular progress monitoring meetings, summarizing and distributing action steps, owners, and follow-up items.

• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvement opportunities to drive more efficient and effective status tracking.

• Evaluate the potential use of different tools and/or automation to enhance the efficiency of status tracking.

• Develop and execute process solutions that will drive more efficient and effective status tracking.

• Take responsibility for the accuracy of customer credit records and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Requirements • Proven experience in project management within the investment advisory industry

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrated ability in documentation and reporting

• Proficient in utilizing monitoring tools for project progress

• Experience in workstation support

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead a team effectively

• Ability to drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in managing consolidations

• Proven track record in process improvement

• Ability to set and meet project milestones

• Experience in project timeline management

• Ability to collect and analyze data effectively

• Experience with Mindset Software is preferred

• Proven ability to provide creative solutions to project challenges

• Experience in using project trackers

• Proficient in implementing automation within projects

• Ability to capture project requirements accurately
