Robert Half Business Analyst in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

We are inviting applications for the role of a Business Analyst in the healthcare sector, based in Minnesota. This is a 100% remote opportunity. This Business Analyst role primarily involves working on a Certificate of Coverage/Summary Plan Description project, building out the coding for our benefit plans. The Business Analyst employment opportunity offers a long-term contract.

Responsibilities:

  1. Tracking reporting and managing the status of the project work

  2. Participate in project meetings

  3. Monitor and document project milestones and outcomes throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deployment dates and project implementation are successful

  4. Make clear presentations to leadership.

  5. Develop and implement contingency and recovery plans when deliverables are missed

    Requirements

2 years extensive project management experience using data and information to make business decisions.

2 years demonstrated experience presenting to senior leaders.

2 years Proficiency with Word MS Excel VLOOKUP pivot tables formulas PowerPoint Teams

PMP Certification is an asset but not required.

Certified professional coder is an asset but not required.
