Description We are in need of a Billing Analyst in the healthcare industry based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves overseeing the billing functions and ensuring the accuracy of billing processes within our healthcare services organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the billing functions within the healthcare organization

• Monitor the billing processes to ensure all functions are billed and handled accurately

• Utilize accounting software systems to improve efficiency and accuracy of billing processes

• Utilize CRM and 'About Time' tools to manage customer relationship and time tracking

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and claim administration duties

• Perform billing collections, using billing software and systems

• Prepare and manage billing statements

• Handle healthcare-specific billing duties, including DME (Durable Medical Equipment) billing

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing standards and regulations Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems and CRM

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Knowledge of Billing Functions and Claim Administration

• Ability to handle Billing, Billing Collection, and use of Billing software

• Experience with Billing System and preparing Billing Statements

• Understanding of HealthCare Billing processes

• Familiarity with DME - Durable Medical Equipment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Previous experience in a similar role within the Healthcare/NHS industry would be advantageous

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
