JOB DESCRIPTIONAssociate Manager, Projects Full Remote: Candidate can live anywhere in the US. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Project Coordinator is responsible for a wide variety of tasks within a team environment. This person is charged with effective daily support and administration of the real estate projects. The Project Coordinator directly executes the financial and administrative aspects of projects throughout the geographic reach of Client account. In addition to regional project manager support responsibilities the Project Coordinator is also responsible for various tasks in support of the entire project management platform. Additional activities included but not limited to knowledge management and training, on boarding new employees, ad-hoc and static reporting internal to the project management team, process improvement, team document and template management, vendor aging management, and team communications. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Closeout Management Project accounting including use of accounting systems and various databases Entry and maintenance of budgets, purchase orders, change orders and invoices Verification of general contractors pay applications for completeness and adherence to contract terms and conditions Provide financial reports and project status information as needed Knowledge Management and training to include creation and maintenance of training materials, maintain and developed project management field manual Vendor maintenance in compliance with client's policies Vendor aging management Systems support, including trouble shooting and issue resolution Support projects from initiation to closeout Tenant improvement allowance package submission and tracking Single point of contact for systems, training, process, general questions and issue resolution for assigned regions Process Improvement Metric based reporting internal to Project Management Team Other responsibilities related to the job directly asked by the supervisor. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or a construction related field is desired Experience with accounting software Minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience in a Project administration / Training/ Accounts Payable Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio Experience in construction management or real estate Accounts payable and vendor management experience Highly organized with strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills Self-motivated and able to work with little direction Team player with a desire to help others JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
