Job Title: Architectural Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled architectural technician with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit and have strong experience in creating construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and wall sections. This role is heavily production and construction document-driven.
Responsibilities
Create detailed construction documents (CDs) including floor plans, elevations, and wall sections.
Utilize Revit software to produce accurate architectural drawings.
Work on Civic/Justice, interior designs, and new builds.
Collaborate with team members to ensure precision and adherence to project requirements.
Assist in the design and drafting of both interior and exterior architectural elements.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit software.
5-10 years of experience as an architectural technician.
Strong knowledge of construction documents, floor plans, elevations, and wall sections.
Experience with Civic/Justice projects and new builds.
Ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in architectural design.
Knowledge of construction drawings.
Work Environment
The work environment can be remote or hybrid depending where an office is near you. If remote, must have your own computer and office set up.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
