You will be responsible for leading and supporting projects in all phases with a wide variety of assignments while maintaining and nurturing internal and external partnerships. Additionally, you will support the team in all aspects of the growth of an Architectural practice in support of the building & facilities services initiatives. We are looking for curious, self-motivated candidates capable of leading and supporting multidisciplinary project teams. If you're able to creatively apply your architectural experiences to a variety of projects and enjoy developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff - we are looking for you! What You Will Be Doing: Actively leads projects to meet client budgets, schedules, and programs; project communication and documentation; and office administrative tasks Develop, prepare and review drawings utilizing Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and other architectural drafting tools. Prepare code compliance evaluations. Participate in review with various governing agencies for code compliance in relation to zoning laws, fire regulations, building code and other ordinances. Interpret design concept and translate them into workable drawings. Maintain quality control of construction documents and specifications. Implement building codes (local/state/federal), constructability and standards of practice Ability to apply effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills when preparing technical reports and documentation What We Are Looking For: Professional Architectural Degree from an accredited institution. 5+ years of architecture experience within the architecture, design, engineering and construction field Licensed Architect Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other visualization design tools such as Sketchup or Rhino. Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Familiarity with construction management platforms such as proforma, eBuilder or Newforma a plus.
