Description

We're in search of a resourceful and customer-oriented Account Manager to join our dedicated team. This professional will be essential in nurturing client relationships and meeting revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned customer accounts.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

  • Oversee existing client accounts, ensuring they are serviced in accordance with company standards.

  • Collaborate with internal team members to align on strategy, drive retention and growth.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in customer service/sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in office applications including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • High level of negotiation and networking skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
