役割と責任

Roles and Responsibilities

• サイトコーディネーションマネージャーはプロジェクトで定められた全体目標（労働安全衛生、品質、工程、コスト、納入）にしたがってサイトへのテクニカルアドバイザー、試運転前検査員／試運転エンジニアの配属を顧客と調整する責任を担う。

• The Site Coordination Manager is responsible for the coordination with the client for assignments of technical advisors and pre-commissioning/commissioning engineers to the Site in accordance with the overall targets (Health & Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost and Delivery) defined for the Project.

• サイトコーディネーションマネージャーはプロジェクトマネジメントチームとサイトでの進捗や課題について日々コミュニケーションを行いテクニカルアドバイザー業務や試運転前検査／試運転支援の業務の完了を確実に遂行させること。

• The Site Coordination Manager shall communicate with Project Management team on daily basis about site progress and issues a to ensure completions of site technical advisory and pre-commissioning/commissioning support activities.

• サイトコーディネーションマネージャーはサイトにおける機器据付や試験に関わる顧客の技術的な事案を管理すること。

• The Site Coordination Manager shall manage with customer technical subjects related to equipment installation and testing at site.

• 国内・海外出張に対応できること。

• Willing to travel in Japan and overseas.

求められる素養

Desired Characteristics

• 日本語および英語コミュニケーション能力（読み書きおよび会話）必須

• Japanese and English (verbal & written) communication skills required.

• チームワーク重視 - プロジェクトチームの一員として業務を遂行すること。

• Team work – work as a member of project team.

• サイトでの建設もしくはプロジェクトマネジメントでの経験が10年以上あること。

• Experience 10 years in site construction or project management

• 特別高圧電気設備の据付や電気工事の経験や能力があることが望ましい。

• Experience and capabilities in high voltage equipment installations and electrical works is preferable
