Randstad is seeking experienced Welders to join our team. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and welding various components to meet our high-quality standards. You will be working with a team of skilled professionals and have access to state-of-the-art equipment in our modern facility. 1st shift is available. This is a Direct Hire opportunity! salary: $50,000 - $62,400 per year

work hours: 5 AM - 1 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• MIG Weld steel materials up to 1” thick using .035 and .045 welding process

• Grind materials to high finish standards

• Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures

• Set up components for welding according to specifications

• Align components using calipers, rulers, etc, and clamp pieces

• Ensures all finished products and documentation are accurate and complete and according to company and customer requirements

• Keeps work environment clean, safe and positive

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
