Job Description
Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) using Revit software. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to create detailed 3D models. Ensure accuracy and completeness of models, including all necessary details and specifications. Assist in the coordination and clash detection processes to identify and resolve conflicts. Produce construction documents and detailed drawings from the BIM models. Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical support and training to team members on Revit and BIM processes. Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of BIM standards and protocols.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit software.
Experience in developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM).
Strong collaboration skills with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
Ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of models.
Experience in coordination and clash detection processes.
Proficiency in producing construction documents and detailed drawings from BIM models.
Ability to maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience in providing technical support and training on Revit and BIM processes.
Participation in project meetings and contribution to the development of BIM standards and protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Candidates need at least two years of experience working as a Revit Technician at a MEP contractor or engineering consultant.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with construction documents and electrical codes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
