Primary Function The UKG System Administrator will manage the UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly UKG Dimensions)application which includes managing the UKG environment, implementing new capabilities, configuring pay, attendance and leave rules, coordinating integration with the payroll and other systems, and creating new reports/data views. This role will be a subject matter expert on all aspects of the UKG Pro Workforce Management to improve business processes, improve workforce productivity and enhance day-to-day operations. In addition, this role will be responsible for resolving day-to-day technical issues and managing user security. Responsibilities Maintains detailed knowledge of UKG product suite with an awareness of opportunities to expand solutions and services. Will be the Subject Matter Expert on all UKG Pro Workforce Management elements configured in the system. Responsible for managing UKG Pro Workforce Management integration with payroll and other analytics systems. Configuresand maintainsbusiness structures, data views, control center, timekeeping, user access, pay rules, basic scheduling, absence management and accruals. Test fixes to ensure an incident has been adequately resolved. Troubleshooting time clocks and configurations. Write clear, concise, well-organized technical documentation to maintain standards and procedures. Will work with business users to create data views and reports to improve productivity. Will work with HR/Business to identify new opportunities and roll out new functionalities. Will be involved in the future strategic direction of the application roadmap to identify future impacts/changes for global implementations.
