You will maintain ongoing communication with JCI program stakeholders and facilitate routine account reviews. Your responsibilities will include managing moderately complex to complex regional projects and programs, leveraging resources across multiple regions. You will guide projects through all phases, from conceptual definition alongside business stakeholders to implementation. Moreover, you will provide consulting services to country and regional HR Services & Solutions and HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment with policy and business objectives. Your annual responsibilities will include overseeing processes such as performance pay planning, incentive plan execution, and year-end closing for the region. Furthermore, you will initiate in-depth analyses of the organization\'s overall compensation packages and provide recommendations for policy enhancements grounded in market research.
