This position serves as the primary contact for all employee and retiree health, welfare, and WRS benefit programs to ensure effective communication and administration. Essential Responsibilities: Administer employee and retiree health, welfare, and WRS benefit programs in compliance with summary plan descriptions, Milwaukee County ordinance, WRS policies, department policy, and carrier contracts. Maintain and update employee/retiree enrollment information across multiple systems. Serve as primary contact for employee and retiree benefits questions, help resolve issues, conduct benefit orientations for all new hires, and ensure timely through the benefits portal.
