Join us as our new Technical Service Manager (West Allis, WI) In this role you\'ll make an impact by: Providing leadership as a direct manager to the AH&N North American Technical Service team Building internal alliances with sales leaders, global marketing, regional marketing, product management and innovation to facilitate the Technical Services teams skills and contribution to the overall global business unit\'s success. Representing the Technical Service team in the AH&N North American Management team and contribute to the overall direction of the AH&N business Interfacing personally and supporting the team\'s overall sales efforts with key customers and prospects to achieve the quarterly and annual sales targets Managing the regional trial budget and all expenditures relating to the technical service team Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry consultants, key opinion leaders, leaders of research organizations and universities Contributing to developing and approving research protocols for regional trials and overseeing the securing research contracts and the execution of such contracts Occasionally presenting or contributing to industry conferences and trade shows including the development of abstracts, posters or presentations To succeed you must hold: Experience and success in managing high performing teams and or cross functional project teams A passion for / strong connections within the North American Agri-business sector DVM or Ph.D. (M.Sc could be considered) Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of time including international air travel.
