SITE STAFFING INC Supervisor in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1st shift 8:00am-5 or 5:15pm, depending on the day, M-F (45 min lunch) 23.00- \$25.00/hr. Maintain day-to-day parcel operations. Complete year-end inventory processes as directed. Manage all receiving activities throughout the warehouse. Organize the warehouse storage area by optimizing floor space, maintaining racking, and recommending improvements. Assist with inventory management through cycle counts, reconciling variances, monitoring requisition processes, and tracking product shortages. Maintain vendor relationships with cardboard and packaging suppliers; order supplies as needed. Train, supervise, and monitor departmental staff. Keep the warehouse clean and organized. Assist with additional projects as needed. Keep records of employees\' attendance and hours worked. Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
