WBS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an Intern - Talent Acquisition in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site). This internship is full-time during the summer of 2025 with the potential to work part-time during the subsequent academic year(s). The hourly rate for this position is \$19.80 with paid company holidays. Job Summary Our Talent Acquisition Intern will support our Talent Acquisition Team at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will have the opportunity to experience the recruitment lifecycle and gain exposure to other facets of HR, including diversity initiatives, and much more. Job Responsibilities Learn full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, selection, hiring and onboarding. Train on the use of recruitment system and sourcing tools. Assist with recruitment marketing and utilizing social media to attract viable talent. Work with the team members to build talent pipelines and develop competitor analysis. Gain exposure to our ongoing diversity initiatives. Assist with SharePoint projects and interview scheduling. Develop a working relationship with business unit leaders and Shared Services Teams. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or HSED Current pursuit of a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Human Resources, or closely related major Minimum GPA of 2.8 End Date: 11/15/2024 We reserve the right to modify the application deadline or discontinue accepting applications for any position if deemed necessary.
