JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position: Demand Planning Manager Reports To: Senior Director, Supply Chain Segment Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin - HYBRID Position Summary:The Demand Planning Manager position plays a key role in the success of Regal Rexnord\'s Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) for the Industrial Components division. The position is responsible foroverseeing forecasting practices, methods of forecasting demand, ensuring the proper signals are passed to supply and operations teams, and monitoring forecast accuracy to drive forecasting improvements. The individual for this role should be highly analytical with strong communication skills and collaborative leadership approach to coordinate across the organization. The position also holds responsibilities for governing the forecasting tools, overseeing improvements of SIOP analytics, and driving identified improvements across the business segment. Responsibilities Deploy advanced demand planning techniques to provide accurate value and units-based demand forecasts in order to ensure desired stocking levels and drive customer service performance. Develop and monitor analytical reporting to identify shifts in demand trends, analyze forecast accuracy and downstream impacts to inventory health and service performance. Assess performance of current planning tools and define opportunity areas to further leverage tool capability and enhance statistical models. Collaborate across various functions - Product Management,Sales, and Commercial Operations to capture necessary inputs to the forecasted demand plan. Establish forecasting dashboards and demand visualizations to support consensus demand plan, identify demand trends and analyze forecast performance. Lead the Demand process through consensus with Sales, Marketing, Planning & Finance to ensure timely development of an agreed upon forecast which ties to financial projections for a single plan. Collect Channel forecast insights, Commercial Operations forecast insights at aggerate level to support disaggregation and analysis at lower-level item and value stream to support supply planning Lead monthly forecast collaboration meetings with Key Customers and Channel Leaders. Partner with Commercial Excellence to increase collection of Customer Forecasting Inputs. Demonstrate strong leadership traits and cross-functional supply chain knowledge to provide overall supply guidance to other functional areas (Inventory Management, Materials Management, Operations, Warehousing & Distribution) Qualifications BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Analytics.
