JOB REQUIREMENTS: Sr Financial Analyst - 2176 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A will be a key partner to the Corporate Executive Team in support of Manitowoc Company Inc.\'s month-end and planning (budget and forecasting) processes, including internal segment review, support of materials for the Board of Directors and Investor Relations, as well as critical financial analysis (both historical ad forward looking) to support strategic decision making. Role Responsibilities: * Preparation of various internal month-end reporting packages, including coordination with segment finance leaders, for executive review and discussion * Support consolidated presentations of results and estimates for the Board of Directors through significant coordination with global teams and partnering with CEO, CFO, and Corporate Staff to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness * Team with Investor Relations in supporting the earnings call, executive investor presentations, Q&A support, and various ad hoc analyses * Support implementation of digital finance transformation initiatives, including transition of HFM to EPM and implementation of additional Planning and Reporting/Dashboarding solutions.
