Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Data Entry Clerk in the manufacturing industry located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Sr. Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically focusing on item numbers.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter item numbers into the ERP system following established procedures.

• Extract and interpret data from blueprints, and accurately record those findings in the ERP system.

• Ensure the security and confidentiality of the data entered.

• Regularly review and rectify data-entry errors to improve the quality of the data in the system.

• Perform data validations & cleaning, to ensure that data is both accurate and complete.

• Assist in the development of data management strategies.

• Attend team meetings to align with project goals and understand them thoroughly.

• Constantly upgrade your knowledge of the latest data entry practices and process improvements.

• Provide support for other teams and maintain an excellent working relationship with team members.

• Understand and interpret blueprints for accurate data entry. Requirements • Proficiency in using ERP Solutions for data management

• Strong skills in Data Interpretation to analyze and understand data trends

• Proven ability in Data Entry with a focus on accuracy and speed

• Ability to Understand Blueprints and use them in data entry tasks

• Experience in Reading Blueprints to interpret technical information.
